Assisted stretching as a recovery tool
Our assisted stretching program is designed to promote mobility in order to help participants move better, feel better, and perform better in the gym. Assisted stretching benefits both avid fitness center users and people who aren't quite ready to start using the gym but know they want to feel better.
Participants work one-on-one with a certified trainer, and the program is tailored to their specific needs. This means that assisted stretching is appropriate for people of all fitness levels and stages of life.
