1. Group fitness
Offering a variety of group fitness classes — in-person or virtually — is an effective way to engage employees in fitness. Our group fitness classes are constantly evolving and typically include core and specialty classes — and many of our clients offer regular open houses with free group exercise classes as a way to get more employees involved. Understanding the fitness needs of your employees is key to keeping them engaged and moving.2. Personal and small group training
Personal trainers encourage employees to move more and provide dedicated support and personalized guidance — in person and virtually — along with opportunities to connect. The need for employees to create relationships with others has greatly increased — in fact, at many of our client sites the engagement of our personal training is growing every year.3. Recreational sports and activities
Whether your employees are on-site, remote or hybrid, they appreciate ways to connect through fitness. A local softball or kickball league organized by your company could encourage employees to come together to move, catch up and have some fun as a group. Our clients and their employees find new ways to exercise through clubs, leagues, aquatics, intramural sports and events and special interest groups, as well as outdoor adventure recreation.4. Fitness challenges
Help employees add movement to their day with fun, interactive fitness and challenges that address a wide range of topics and trends. Employees at our client sites are highly engaged in fitness challenges, especially those that involve some type of friendly competition between teams. Fitness challenges provide on-site, remote and hybrid employees the opportunity to with their coworkers throughout the company.5. Outdoor fitness
Adding open air facilities like pavilions and trailers to your green space or parking lot removes boundaries and gets more of your employees moving outdoors. For instance, one of our clients has invested in a mobile open-air fitness trailer from our partner BeaverFit. This makes it possible for employees to participate in healthy outdoor activities on a daily basis. Combined with programming delivered by our on-site HealthFitness professionals, employees appreciate the opportunity to get outside and move!Learn more
