Published by HealthFitness on June 27th, 2023
Transform your workplace wellness program with our personal and small group training services that empower your employees to take charge of their health. Check out the amazing benefits your employees can get from training with our HealthFitness experts!
Professional guidance and instruction
The foundation for our personal and small group training uses our HealthFitness Movement Training System methodology. Our HealthFitness fitness professionals are extensively trained in it, focusing on mobilization, activation and dynamic movement — to help your employees achieve the best results. The education and systematic approach allow our trainers to deliver a consistent state of excellence nationwide, and it’s what sets them apart. Personal trainers are experts in exercise techniques, form, and safety. They help employees avoid injury, perform exercises properly, and maximize their workouts.
Consultation and personalized fitness plan
The personal training process starts with a consultation with our fitness professionals, covering health and exercise history, fitness goals and interests. The consultation Includes a fitness assessment, used to create a starting point and track progress, and a personalized plan that is continually updated as the member progresses toward their goal.
As one participant says, “My personal trainer is a joy to work with and her expertise is invaluable. She has taken the time to get to know me and my limitations and to tailor my workouts to challenge me and improve my overall physical health. She puts a lot of thought into my routines and always has something new to keep them fresh and interesting. My workouts would not be as balanced, efficient, and effective without her guidance and support.”
Motivation and accountability
Our fitness professionals will keep your employees motivated, pushing them to their limits, and join them in celebrating their progress. Employees are more likely to exercise and live a healthy lifestyle with a personal training program.
Another participant says, “Even though I am ultimately accountable to myself for my health and wellness, knowing that someone else is taking the time to help me without judging me for being a beginner or being overweight or out of shape is the best confidence booster. A personal trainer is like your own personal cheerleader. They want to see you succeed just as much as you do.”
Time- and resource-efficient workouts
Our fitness professionals create effective workout routines, saving employees time by designing challenging workouts that target multiple muscle groups and include cardiovascular exercises.
This participant says, “I really appreciate how my trainer makes it easy. She keeps track of my workouts, my form and always helps me progress by adding in different elements and reps. I appreciate that my trainer can shorten my workouts to 30 minutes when time is tight. Getting the same workout done in 30 minutes when I don't have a full hour helps me stay on track and gives me some flexibility with my schedule."
