Our lifestyle coaching empowers participants to improve their health through goal setting, personalized strategies and empathetic support.

While our coaches provide guidance across all dimensions of wellbeing, two key areas we focus special attention on are weight loss and mental health. Participants can engage in multiple ways, simultaneously, ensuring flexible and comprehensive support.

Talk with a coach

Coaches collaborate with participants to create evolving action plans with personal strategies, providing non-judgmental accountability and encouraging a productive mindset. Participants choose health and wellbeing programs or tobacco cessation to get started.

Digital coaching with expert support

Includes engaging and interactive learning opportunities, such as quizzes, short videos, mini assessments and surveys. Each digital program is self-paced and includes a dedicated coach available via secure messaging for support.

Do both at the same time

Participants can work on both programs at the same time and access activities via the mobile app, where they’re also able to set and track goals and connect wearable devices.
