EEOC publishes final wellness program rules
As you may be aware, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) recently published final wellness program rules under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA).
We are pleased to report that the EEOC recognizes the importance of workplace wellness incentives and has clarified how workplace wellness programs can comply with the ADA and GINA.
We will be hosting a webinar on Tuesday, June 7, from 12-1 p.m. CST to give our perspective on potential impacts of these published rules, provide additional detail and context and answer any questions.
