Paul Lotharius

Paul Lotharius, President and Chief Executive Officer

Paul brings 20-plus years of experience in operations and technology management in the health care and insurance industries. He previously was president and chief executive officer of CoreSource, a provider of benefit administration and health management services. He has a Master of Business Administration from Butler University.

Tatiana Shnaiden, M.D., Chief Science and Analytics Officer

Tatiana brings over 15 years of experience in health care analytics. She most recently served as vice president of value optimization for ActiveHealth Management, evaluating health management and clinical decision support. She holds a master’s degree in biostatistics from New York Medical College School of Public Health, and a medical degree from Russian State Medical University, Moscow.

Steve Alavi S

Steve Alavi, Chief Financial Officer

Steve brings 20 years of experience in the financial services and employee benefits industry to his role as CFO. Prior to joining HealthFitness in 2013 he served as executive director of treasury and financial management at Health Care Service Corporation and worked for Arthur Andersen, LLP. Steve is a certified public accountant, holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University, and holds a Master of Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

Mark Dogadalski, Chief Operations Officer

Mark oversees and sets the strategic direction for the operations of HealthFitness and works to enhance client satisfaction, achieve business objectives and ensure operational excellence across the company. Prior to joining HealthFitness, he served as corporate vice president of operations at Huron Consulting Group, supporting the higher education and life sciences practice. He also served Optum/UnitedHealth Group in several operational leadership positions around clinical services and well-being. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from University of Illinois and a Master of Engineering degree in complex business systems engineering from University of Virginia.

Mark Totts

Mark Totts, Senior Vice President, Solution Development

Mark previously served as vice president, product development, for the Trustmark Employer Medical Division, where he was responsible for developing client-focused solutions based on market analysis. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the health care industry. Mark holds a Master in Business Administration in business management from University of Wisconsin-Parkside.

Brian Harrigan

Brian Harrigan, Senior Vice President, Sales and Development

Brian leads the business development and sales team for all population health management and fitness solutions. He has more than 16 years of experience in health care with an emphasis on new business development, strategic planning, account management, and marketing. Brian is a graduate of Duquesne University with a master’s degree in communications.

Tina Loskota

Tina Loskota, Vice President, Human Resources

Tina is responsible for all aspects of human resources including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and development, performance management, employee relations, payroll administration, safety and legal compliance. She has more than 15 years experience in human resources leadership and management specific to the health and wellness industry.

Ann Wyatt, Vice President, Program Management & Engagement

Ann has 25 years of experience in the health management and fitness industry. Her role includes strategy development and driving engagement for new and existing health management and corporate fitness programs, employee recruiting and training, program quality assurance and operations management. Ann holds a bachelor’s degree in physical education from Old Dominion University and a Master of Education in Exercise Physiology from Auburn University.


Jen Smith, Vice President, Client Strategy & Growth

Jen has 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry with expertise in health management, fitness, personal training and wellness coaching. Jen holds a bachelor’s degree in health education from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Delaware.

Bob George, Vice President, Operations

Bob is responsible for leading and integrating the Reporting and Analysis, Customer Service, Fulfillment and Implementation teams. He brings 25 years of industry experience, including 14 years of on-site program management and 11 years of regional operations management. Bob joined HealthFitness in 2003 as part of the Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. acquisition.

Gail Ezell, Vice President, Service Delivery

Gail ensures operational excellence for all participant services, which include lifestyle and condition management coaching, worksite screening, on-site seminars, nurse line and engagement and health advocacy services. Gail has more than 20 years of experience in operations and management in the health sector. She has a bachelor’s degree in Counseling and Behavioral Interventions and a master’s degree in Health Care Administration.

Jeff Klein, Vice President, Information Technology

Jeff leads the information technology group and has more than 20 years of experience in building and managing high performing technology teams. In this role he is responsible for strategy and planning related to applications and strategic partnerships. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Roosevelt University in Chicago.

Satya Donapati, Vice President, Strategic Technology Partnerships, Information Technology

Satya brings more than 20 years of experience in information technology to his role at HealthFitness, where he provides technical leadership for ongoing strategic partnerships. Satya has experience driving major projects by translating business strategies into effective implementations of information technology. Prior to joining HealthFitness, Satya served as a leader in enterprise architecture organizations at Walgreens and Hospira (now part of Pfizer). He holds a master’s degree in computer sciences from Osmania University, India.

Dina Manka, Vice President, Client Activation

Dina leads a team of client-centric professionals whose goal is to delight and satisfy the needs of HealthFitness clients during their activation and onboarding experience. Dina’s previous HealthFitness experience includes serving as executive director in product management and information technology.  She brings over 20 years of process-design, operations, finance and strategy experience from the health care and technology industries. Dina holds a Master in Business Administration in Systems from DePaul University and undergraduate degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.
